Welcome to Orchidea Apartment! 🌿
Our goal is to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We kindly ask you to follow the house rules below.

General Information

Orchidea Apartment is a licensed private accommodation.

We provide 24/7 phone availability for our guests.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM 
• Check-out: until 10:00 AM 

If required, the host is available in person at arrival and departure.

The apartment also offers self check-in, with a key safe located on the right side of the entrance door.

Occupancy

• Maximum capacity: 4 guests 

Children are welcome 👶
Available upon request:

• high chair 
• baby bathtub 
• mattress 

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking & Quiet Hours

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors 🚭 
• The use of open flames inside the building is strictly forbidden 
• Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas 
• Parties and events are not allowed 
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM 

Use of the Apartment

• Please do not rearrange the furniture 
• Use all equipment and facilities properly 
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay 

Waste Disposal

Please follow selective waste collection ♻️

• Plastic bottles and paper should be placed in the green recycling bins located in the yard 
• Mixed waste can be disposed of in the blue containers near the parking area 

Parking

• Free parking is available in a closed courtyard 
• The apartment also has a private underground garage, available upon request 
• A remote control is provided for access 

Facilities & Services

• Ironing facilities are available free of charge (iron and ironing board can be found in the wardrobe) 
• In the bathroom you will find:
  shoe care items, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, shaving kit, soap, toothbrush, shower cap, and a sewing kit
  (If anything is missing, please let us know) 
• Umbrellas are available in the wardrobe free of charge 
• Coffee, tea, and soft drinks in the kitchen are complimentary 
• Free Wi-Fi is available (password located on the stand in front of the TV) 
• The playground may be used free of charge by children under 14, under parental supervision and at their own risk 
• The apartment is equipped with air conditioning
  The remote control is available from the host upon request
  Use of the air conditioning is free of charge
  Please turn it off when leaving the apartment for safety reasons 

Cleaning & Linen Change

• For longer stays, we provide weekly cleaning, including linen and towel change 
• Daily cleaning is available upon request (subject to prior arrangement)
