POLICY

Checking in is from 02.00 p.m., checking out is till 10.00 a.m. As our colleagues are not available at the premises, please call us by phone when intending to check in. Dogs and other animals are not allowed to bring to our apartment.

Payment methods can be bank transfer, cash when arriving or OTP Széchenyi card. Tourism tax is not included in our prices, it can be paid by cash when arriving.

Parking is free in the backyard.

Orchid apartment Eger is non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke only in a designated smoking area both on the yard and the balcony.

Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, clean, tidy and undamaged. In case of damages caused by negligence guest will pay the amount of the damage.
