\n<\/span>Our goal is to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We kindly ask you to follow the house rules below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orchidea Apartment is a licensed private accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If required, the host is available in person at arrival and departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The apartment also offers <\/span>self check-in<\/b>, with a key safe located on the right side of the entrance door.<\/span><\/p>\n

        • The use of open flames inside the building is <\/span>strictly forbidden<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Smoking is allowed only on the <\/span>balcony or in designated outdoor areas<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Parties and events are not allowed<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Quiet hours: <\/span>10:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Use of the Apartment<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Please do not rearrange the furniture\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Use all equipment and facilities properly\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Waste Disposal<\/b><\/p>\n

            Please follow selective waste collection <\/span>♻️<\/span><\/p>\n

            • Plastic bottles and paper should be placed in the <\/span>green recycling bins located in the yard<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Mixed waste can be disposed of in the <\/span>blue containers near the parking area<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Parking<\/b><\/p>\n

              • Free parking is available in a <\/span>closed courtyard<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
              • The apartment also has a <\/span>private underground garage<\/b>, available upon request\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
              • A remote control is provided for access\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Facilities & Services<\/b><\/p>\n

                • Ironing facilities are available free of charge (iron and ironing board can be found in the wardrobe)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • In the bathroom you will find:<\/span>
                  \n<\/span>shoe care items, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, shaving kit, soap, toothbrush, shower cap, and a sewing kit<\/span>
                  \n<\/span>(If anything is missing, please let us know)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Umbrellas are available in the wardrobe free of charge\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Coffee, tea, and soft drinks in the kitchen are <\/span>complimentary<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Free Wi-Fi is available (password located on the stand in front of the TV)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • The playground may be used free of charge by children under 14, <\/span>under parental supervision and at their own risk<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                • The apartment is equipped with air conditioning<\/span>
                  \n<\/span>The remote control is available from the host upon request<\/span>
                  \n<\/span>Use of the air conditioning is free of charge<\/span>
                  \n<\/span>Please turn it off when leaving the apartment for safety reasons\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Cleaning & Linen Change<\/b><\/p>\n

                  • For longer stays, we provide <\/span>weekly cleaning<\/b>, including <\/span>linen and towel change<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Daily cleaning is available upon request<\/b> (subject to prior arrangement)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
